Yes! All Cat Sessions and special events require advance reservations. Each session is limited to just 8 guests, so you'll have plenty of quality time with our feline hosts. Book your visit online before arriving.

Regular Cat Experience sessions are 50 minutes, giving our team time between sessions to reset the lounge and get everything ready for the next group.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation for check-in, waivers and to get settled. Sessions begin on time, so arriving early means more time with the cats. 

Hang out, play, pet, take photos or simply relax and let the cats come to you. For their comfort and safety, please don’t pick up the cats. Every visit is a little different—it all depends on what our feline hosts have planned.

Cat’s Meow partners with The Animal Rescue Alliance (TARA) to give adoptable cats a place to be seen, loved and discovered. TARA handles the adoption process while Cat’s Meow provides a place for cats and potential adopters to connect.

Our cat crew changes as cats are adopted and new cats arrive, so the number varies. That’s part of the fun—you never know who you’ll meet.

Yes! We welcome young cat lovers ages 5 and up!

Children ages 5–15 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian (18+). Guests ages 16–17 may attend independently with a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before their visit.

Children under 5 are not permitted in the cat lounge. Certain special events are reserved exclusively for guests ages 18 and older. Age requirements will be clearly listed in each event's booking details.

For our Kitten Club sessions, at least one adult and one child ages 5–15 must attend together, with a maximum of two children per supervising adult.

Yes! Every guest must complete a waiver before entering the cat lounge. Waivers are valid for one year.

Guests under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Children ages 5–15 must also be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian (18+). 

No outside food or beverages are permitted in the cat lounge. Your Cat Session includes one drink and one snack per guest, so we've got you covered! Additional drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.

No. As much as we love meeting new feline friends, please leave your pets at home. Our lounge is reserved for the adoptable cats currently in our care.

Yes! The cats at Cat’s Meow are looking for loving forever homes. If you make a connection, we’ll help you take the next step through The Animal Rescue Alliance (TARA).

Absolutely! Our boutique features vintage fashion, upcycled couture, art, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Shopping appointments are available separately from Cat Experiences.

Plans change! We understand. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. You can manage your booking through the link in your confirmation email.

We’re located at 21758 Devonshire Street in Chatsworth, inside the West End Arts Collective. Metered street parking is available nearby. Please check posted signs and meters for current rates, time limits and restrictions.
